From MACROZA we are aware of the difficulty that sometimes entails the sharpening of milling cutters. However, sharpening is essential. As you know a well sharpened milling cutter penetrates and cuts much better, lasts longer and makes more meters of work. In addition, a dull milling cutter vibrates much more and this vibration can be transmitted to bearings and the pinion, damaging the equipment. For this reason, MACROZA has developed a new sharpening system that aims to make this task much easier, faster and more efficient. This is a diamond-coated disc specifically designed for sharpening tungsten carbide tools. This disc attaches to a drill and allows sharpening anywhere.
