In addition to the RD Premium series, we have designed a new milling cutter specially designed for aerated concrete or gypsum blocks. These materials are soft and abrasive and require a specific cutting tool that will cut without shattering the block or excessively wearing the milling cutter. With the new milling cutter RY105 of 30mm X 30mm we get: – Maximum performance. Lifetime of up to 16,000 linear meters/milling cutter* – Hardly leaves a trace. Perfect channel by breaking only the necessary channel – No clogging, as it happens with the diamond disc when heating the material during the work When working with cellular concrete or gypsum blocks, it is highly recommended to use a vacuum cleaner, as it is a material that generates more dust and debris. From Macroza we recommend to always use the wall chaser together with our MDE1 vacuum cleaner.
