Why work with MACROZA
Fastest wall chasing machine on the market
As opposed to the traditional chasing way of chisel & hammer, MACROZA Wall Chasers make exceptionally fast, easy and light the hard work of opening chases in walls and partition walls to embed electrical wires, plumbing pipes, TV cables, Air conditioning conduits, etc.
With MACROZA it will take you only 15 seconds to open one lineal metre of chase*.
On the following table we can see MACROZA working speed.
Material | By hand | Diamon blade | With Macroza |
1 operator | |||
Solid clay brick | 50 m / day | 150 m / day | 400 m / day |
Hollow clay brick | 100 m / day | 300 m / day | 800 m / day |
Cement block | 40 m / day | 200 m / day | 450 m / day |
* These are approximate figures. Productivity will depend on the hardness and abrasion degree of material.

Save up to 80% in time & material waste
Being able to open more than 500 lineal metres of chase in one full day of work, the MACROZA wall chaser will be paid off in a short period of time.
Thanks to the benefits obtained by working with MACROZA electrical & plumbing contractors, builders, TV & heating installation companies, etc. will recover their investment in a very short period of time.

Clean, lean chases on one step only
Have you calculated the cost of breakage by doing the chases by hand, diamond blade or with a jackhammer?
With our MACROZA wall chasers achieve clean, perfect chases in one step only.
Compared to other chasing solutions in walls and partition walls MACROZA will allow you to save up to 80% in time & material waste.

Less fuss, less dust
Does not grind the material avoiding dust production
MACROZA are the only wall chasers in the market that don’t produce dust. The cutter’s low speed (1,000 - 1,400 rpm) does not grind the material, but cuts it producing small pieces of debris that fall onto the floor.
That is why we say MACROZA wall chasers don’t need dust collection device unlike other chasers. Having said this, for environments where total absence of dust & debris is required, our models M95 & SC300 have the option of using a standard dust collector.
We recommend our MACROZA MDE1 dust collection device.

Attaches itself to the wall
MACROZA’s weight is not borne by the operator
MACROZA wall chasers are exclusively designed to work being sustained against the wall, either on horizontal and vertical chases. If at any moment the machine is switched off, the chaser will not fall off, but remain attached to the wall.
This is why we say its weight is not important. Chasers’ weight is not borne by the operator, but by the wall instead.
With MACROZA you can work longer with less effort. To open chases you just have to guide the machine in the direction of the chase once it is penetrated into the wall.
Work on materials other wall chasers cannot
MACROZA wall chasers are the world’s most powerful milling cutter wall chasers. This allow them to work on all different sorts of masonry materials except for concrete and stone.
MACROZA can work on the following materials:
Hollow & solid clay brick
Cement block
Plaster wall
Mortar rendering wall
AAC block
For extremely hard materials such as concrete and stone we recommend our double diamond blade MACROZA Diamant 2 wall chaser.
Low machine maintenance
Our more than 50 years experience in the market have allowed us to develop a robust and efficient machine ideal to work in the hard & time-consuming labour of opening chases in walls in partition walls.
The following should be checked after every 100 hours of workapproximately:
- State of carbon brushes. If needed always change the pair of carbon brushes, not just one.
- There is no play in bearings. Change immediately if there is play in the bearings.
- Shoot compressed-air through the machine ventilation slots to clean all dust remains.
- Perfect lubrication.
Furthermore, it is very important to keep Tungsten Carbide plates well sharpened at all times. This will ensure perfect cutting.
A blunt milling cutter blade will not cut, but hit the material producing vibrations that might be transmitted to bearings, pinion and motor.
Sharpening the milling cutter blades is a simple two-stage operation:
1. Firstly check whether the plates need sharpening. To do this use the MACROZA’s sharpening tester. If there’s gap in between the tester and the cutter’s plte, it needs sharpening.
2. Secondly, for sharpening use a grinding wheel Silicone Carbide, Grain 80, and Grade JK
Sharpening should take no longer than 2 minutes.
IT IS OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE TO KEEP THE CUTTER WELL SHARPENED AT ALL TIMES

Exclusive accident- free design
MACROZA’s exclusive accident-free design protects operator from the cutting blades, unlike other machines used for wall chasing like angle-grinders.
In our MACROZA wall chasers the milling cutter blades are wrapped around a special milling cutter cover to avoid accidents.
All our MACROZA chasers come with double insulated electrical or class II to avoid electric shock and comply with all EU directives.

No gap at corners & ceilings
MACROZA wall chasers allow opening vertical, horizontal, diagonal and close the floor chases.
It also allows to open round chases if needed unlike other wall chasers such us the double-diamond blade machines.
Again, the unique design with the milling cutter blade on the left side allows leaving a small 1cm cap on corners and ceilings. This is not the case with other milling-cutter wall chasing machines.

MACROZA M95 & SC300 wall chasers can adapt a dust collection device to avoid dust & debris production.
The milling cutter cover comes with the option of screwing in an aluminum tube which will be connected to the vacuum’s hose.
If dust collection is not required, the milling cutter cover will be closed with an aluminum cap. This will help to collect all dust & debris on the milling cutter cover to be later discarded onto the floor.
From MACROZA we recommend use dust collector, specially designed to collect dust and the small pieces of debris produced.
